About The Role

Net2Source is seeking an experienced Salesforce Developer to design, develop, support, and enhance Salesforce applications. In this role, you will collaborate with product, project, and engineering teams, as well as business stakeholders, to turn user and organizational needs into maintainable, scalable solutions. You will contribute throughout the development lifecycle, from ideation and discovery to delivery and ongoing support.

This position is suited to a technically skilled and creative professional who enjoys working in a fast-paced Agile environment and helping improve engineering practices and customer experiences.

Qualifications

You bring at least five years of Salesforce experience in a lead engineering or development role. A university degree in information technology or a related field is preferred; equivalent experience may also be relevant. You have hands-on experience with Salesforce application development, Apex, workflow design, controllers, triggers, SOQL, SOSL, and Lightning Web Components (LWC).





You understand Salesforce declarative and programmatic features and the importance of clear documentation and reliable testing.

You are an analytical problem-solver who can think creatively while keeping customer and business needs in view. You communicate clearly, listen actively, and are comfortable presenting ideas and working with stakeholders at different levels, including engineering teams, product teams, and senior leadership. You value collaboration, welcome constructive feedback, and are motivated to strengthen team practices and product quality.

Experience working in Agile delivery environments and small or fast-growing teams is valuable. You are also willing to take ownership, adapt to changing priorities, and see work through to a high standard.

Responsibilities

Develop, maintain, and enhance Salesforce solutions using appropriate declarative and programmatic capabilities. Build scalable features with Apex, controllers, triggers, SOQL, SOSL, workflows, and LWC, following established engineering and documentation standards. Ensure that objects, fields, processes, classes, methods, and variables are documented appropriately. Create an equivalent test method for each Apex method and maintain at least 85% test coverage.

Manage ongoing Salesforce support and enhancement requests by identifying, tracking, reporting,



and resolving issues in a timely manner. Lead brainstorming sessions during ideation and discovery to explore solutions to business needs and technology challenges. Partner with product and delivery teams, project managers, designers, engineers, and stakeholders throughout the design and development process.

Contribute to scalable products and platform improvements, and help apply existing design systems, principles, and customer-centered practices.

Support a secure, compliant Salesforce environment by helping define and implement appropriate IT, data protection, and security policies in accordance with applicable regulatory frameworks. Share and request feedback to improve product quality, encourage collaboration, and contribute to continuous improvement across engineering practices.
