We are seeking an experienced, client-facing Senior Consultant to join the Workplace Innovation team. The role will design and deliver Microsoft 365 workplace solutions, with strong capability across SharePoint Online, Microsoft Purview and Microsoft 365 Copilot. The consultant will work directly with customers to understand business requirements, provide trusted advice, and deliver secure, governed and practical solutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead customer discovery sessions, workshops and stakeholder discussions, translating business requirements into practical Microsoft 365 solutions.
- Design and implement SharePoint Online, Teams, intranet and collaboration solutions, including information architecture, permissions, metadata and governance.
- Deliver Microsoft Purview engagements across information protection, sensitivity labelling, data loss prevention, retention and records management, audit and related governance controls.
- Assess customer readiness for Microsoft 365 Copilot, including information architecture, permissions, security, compliance and governance considerations.
- Support Copilot pilots and deployments, including tenant readiness, configuration, use-case definition and adoption guidance.
- Produce high-quality solution designs, recommendations, reports, implementation documentation and customer presentations.
- Provide technical leadership across engagements and work effectively with project managers, architects, consultants and other Nexon practices.




- Mentor less-experienced consultants and contribute to the development of Workplace Innovation capability and reusable delivery approaches.
- Support pre-sales and business development through solution scoping, estimates and technical input to proposals and statements of work.

Skills and experience

- Approximately 5-8 years' experience delivering Microsoft 365 solutions in a consulting or customer-facing environment.

- Strong hands-on experience with SharePoint Online and the broader Microsoft 365 collaboration platform.
- Demonstrated experience designing information architecture, governance, permissions and information-management solutions.
- Practical Microsoft Purview experience, particularly information protection, sensitivity labels, DLP, retention/records management and compliance capabilities.
- Practical experience with Microsoft 365 Copilot, including readiness assessments, governance, deployment and customer use cases.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Teams and Power Platform;

experience with SPFx, JavaScript and Azure integrations is advantageous.

- Robust consulting, analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly to executives, business stakeholders and technical teams.
- Ability to independently lead workshops and customer engagements and take ownership of delivery outcomes.

Certifications Relevant Microsoft certifications are desirable, particularly across Microsoft 365, Power Platform, security/compliance and Teams.
