We are expanding our team and looking for an experienced Senior Facade Engineer to lead the technical design, structural analysis, and delivery of building envelope solutions on large projects.

Location: CBD Sydney

Role: Full-time | Senior-Level (6+ Years Experience)

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead facade engineering design (curtain walling, rainscreens, structural glass, cladding).
- Perform structural, thermal, and wind-load performance evaluations.
- Manage project delivery from initial concept through shop drawing reviews, PMU mock-up testing, and site inspections.
- Collaborate directly with architects, developers, and head contractors.
- Mentor junior and mid-level engineering staff.

What We’re Looking For:

- 6+ years of specialized facade engineering consultancy or contractor experience.
- Degree in Structural/Civil Engineering, Facade Engineering, or related field (Chartered/ DBPA).
- Proficiency in thermal & structural modeling tools (e.g., THERM, WINDOW, RFEM, AutoCAD/Revit).
- Solid knowledge of relevant building codes, standards, and performance mock-up regimes.
