We are looking for four senior, hands-on specialists to establish, secure, automate and operationalise an enterprise-scale Snowflake platform within a large enterprise environment.

? Open Positions

1. Senior Snowflake Platform Engineer / Technical Lead

- Hands-on Snowflake platform implementation from the ground up
- Account architecture, environment administration and warehouse management
- RBAC, authentication, security, networking and access controls
- Workload monitoring, auditing and resource optimisation
- CI/CD, deployment automation and production troubleshooting
- Strong technical leadership with hands-on delivery experience

2. Snowflake Platform Engineer / Administrator

- Snowflake platform administration, configuration and environment management
- Virtual warehouses, users, roles, RBAC and service accounts
- Security controls, monitoring and resource management
- CI/CD and environment deployment
- Production support, troubleshooting and enterprise cloud operations

3. Senior Snowflake / dbt Engineer

- Advanced Snowflake, SQL and dbt expertise
- dbt architecture, models, macros and reusable standards
- Data modelling, transformation engineering and automated testing
- Data quality controls, lineage and dependency management
- Git, CI/CD and environment promotion




- Legacy data platform modernisation to Snowflake

4. DevOps / CI/CD Engineer – Snowflake Platform

- CI/CD pipeline design and implementation for Snowflake and data platforms
- Snowflake and dbt deployment automation
- Git, source control and release management
- Infrastructure as Code and configuration automation
- Automated environment provisioning and promotion
- Testing, monitoring, observability and operational automation

✅ Preferred Skills Across Roles

- Banking or financial services experience
- Large-scale, regulated enterprise environments
- AWS cloud experience
- Terraform / Infrastructure as Code
- dbt, Snowpark and Python
- Teradata or legacy data platform modernisation
- Relevant Snowflake certifications

⚠️ Significant: For the Platform Engineer / Technical Lead and Platform Engineer / Administrator roles, candidates must have practical experience establishing and operating the Snowflake platform itself. Profiles focused primarily on Snowflake SQL development, BI/reporting or generic ETL development will not be considered for these positions.
