About the role:
- Run your own files and working alongside an expert team of litigators, with partner support,
and ongoing training from recognised leaders in strata and construction law.
- Be involved in and gain hands-on experience across a wide range of strata and construction disputes, including building defect claims, levy recovery, by-law disputes, and complex litigation in the NSW Civil & Administrative Tribunal (NCAT), Local, District and Supreme Courts.
The ideal candidate:
- Have between 1–4 years PQE in litigation (strata or construction experience highly regarded).
- Possesses excellent drafting and advocacy skills.
- Is commercially minded with strong client management skills.
- Thrives in a collaborative, specialist setting.
