About the Role:
As Branch Manager, you’ll oversee the full operation of a busy hardware store in Townsville. You’ll manage a passionate team, drive sales, ensure smooth day-to-day operations, and maintain strong supplier and customer relationships. This is a hands‑on leadership role where you’ll set the standard for service, safety, and performance while growing both your people and the business.

Skills and Experience:

- Proven retail or trade management experience,



ideally within hardware, building supplies, or similar
- Solid leadership skills with the ability to coach, motivate, and develop your team
- Solid understanding of inventory management, merchandising, and store operations
- Confident communicator who builds genuine relationships with customers and suppliers
