E4 People is seeking a Quality & Compliance Officer for a well-established residential aged care provider in Current South Wales. The role oversees quality, compliance and clinical governance across multiple nursing homes, including Pymble facilities.
You will monitor, audit and strengthen quality across sites, perform desktop and onsite audits, identify gaps and drive corrective actions, and contribute to policy development, risk management and continuous improvement across the organisation.
