Description

CEA is looking for a motivated and customer-focused Parts Salesperson to join our Rockhampton team.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with customers, has strong parts knowledge and likes being part of a busy, hands-on environment. You’ll support both internal and external customers, ensuring the right parts are identified, sourced and supplied efficiently.

About the role

Your day-to-day will include:

- Handling parts enquiries across phone,



email and counter sales
- Identifying and sourcing the correct parts for customers and technicians
- Preparing quotes and processing parts orders
- Building strong relationships with customers
- Supporting our Service and Sales teams with parts-related enquiries
- Managing backorders and keeping customers updated
- Assisting with stock control, ordering and inventory management
- Picking, packing, receipting and dispatching parts when required
- Maintaining accurate records within parts and inventory systems

About you

We’re looking for someone who has:

- Previous parts interpretation or parts sales experience
- Experience within heavy equipment, construction, automotive, agricultural or a similar industry would be highly regarded
- Solid customer service and relationship-building skills
- Good computer and administration skills
- A practical approach to problem solving
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Current Australian driver’s licence
- Forklift licence is desirable but not essential
