You will own HR end to end, build scalable foundations (HRIS, payroll, onboarding, people data), drive hiring for about 50 roles, and work with EORs and partners to ensure compliant people practices across regions.

This role offers ground-floor ownership, a global remit from day one, and hybrid work from central Melbourne.
