Pool Technician – Full Time, Paid Training + Cert III | $30–$36/hr

Looking for real full-time hours, not casual shifts? Crownz Pools is a growing family-run pool service business looking after pools across the Southern Highlands, Macarthur and Wollondilly. No pool experience needed: if you're a tradie or practical and mechanically minded, we'll train you on the job and pay for your nationally recognised Cert III in Pool and Spa Servicing. You'll earn $30–$36/hr depending on experience, with pay reviews as you build your skills and finish your Cert III, and a clear path to senior technician. The work is diverse and hands-on: servicing, repairs, green pool cleanups and equipment installs. We're a local family team, not a franchise.

What you'll be doing

Regular pool servicing and maintenance

Pool and equipment repairs and fault-finding

About you

Current driver's licence (essential)

A trade background (plumbing, electrical, mechanical or similar) suits this role well – or a practical, problem-solving mindset and keenness to learn

Reliable, and takes pride in doing a job properly
