Care Made Easy is seeking a courteous casual call-centre adviser to support families seeking aged care placements and Home Care options from Sydney. You will speak with families by phone, understand their needs, and guide them toward suitable providers with empathy.
You will use internal systems, handle inbound/outbound inquiries, and build trust by providing accurate, up-to-date information. Prior experience in customer service and KPI awareness is valued, and experience in aged care is welcome
