Care Connect is seeking motivated individuals to provide in home care to Out of Hospital Care and Aged Care clients in North Sydney and surrounding areas. The role focuses on enabling clients to live independently and safely at home for longer.

Responsibilities include personal care, domestic tasks, meal planning and mobility support. Requirements include a valid Australian work rights, driver’s license, Police Check, WWC, First Aid/CPR, and 3 COVID-19 vaccinations.
