Job Description

As a Receptionist at our Cranbourne North village, you will work as part of a team that creates the safest, healthiest and most enjoyable lifestyle for our residents. Our Receptionist is in many ways the face of our business and as such you need to be able to relate to a wide range of people, especially the elderly and their families.

What will your responsibilities be?

- Provide efficient and timely administration, management support and document control to both the Village and Care Centre
- Superb customer service at reception for our customers, the village management team and staff

We have a permanent part-time chance available, working Thursday and Friday 9:00am to 5:00pm.



We’re also looking for a casual Receptionist who can lend a hand and support the team when needed.

Qualifications

You're someone who loves being organised, takes pride in getting the details right, and enjoys helping others. With a positive, can-do attitude, you'll be comfortable juggling multiple priorities, working independently, and building strong relationships across the village.

You Will Bring

- Outstanding customer service skills and a strong administration background.
- Proven experience supporting managers and coordinating administrative tasks.
- Strong organisational skills, with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Confidence communicating with a diverse range of people and the initiative to get things done.
