About the Role

As a Part-Time Personal Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality, person-centred care and support to our residents.

Working alongside Registered Nurses and the broader care team, you'll help residents maintain their dignity, independence, comfort, and wellbeing.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide personal care including showering, dressing, grooming, and toileting assistance
- Support residents with mobility and safe manual handling practices
- Assist with meals, hydration, and daily living activities




- Build positive and meaningful relationships with residents and their families
- Observe and report changes in residents' health and wellbeing
- Work collaboratively with nurses and multidisciplinary team members
- Follow care plans and maintain accurate documentation
- Encourage resident participation in activities and social engagement
- Promote independence, choice, and quality of life

About You

We're looking for someone who is caring, reliable, and passionate about supporting older people.

To Be Successful, You Will Have:

- Certificate III or IV in Individual Support (Ageing), Aged Care, or equivalent qualification
- Previous experience in aged care, disability support, or a similar care role (desirable)
- A genuine passion for providing exceptional care to older people
- Robust communication and interpersonal skills
- A positive and team-oriented approach
- Availability to work a variety of shifts across weekdays and weekends
- Understanding of person-centered care practices
- Current National Police Check (or willingness to obtain)
- Current NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain)
