?? What's the Role? You'll be the key link between customers, contractors, and internal teams, helping coordinate maintenance requests and ensuring jobs are completed smoothly and efficiently. Your day might include: ?
Responding to maintenance requests via phone, email, and online portals ? Coordinating trades and maintenance works ? Keeping customers updated throughout the process ?
Building strong relationships with contractors and stakeholders ? Managing records, reports,
and administration tasks with accuracy ? Resolving issues professionally and delivering exceptional customer service ?
Contributing to a positive team culture and continuous improvement initiatives ?? What We're Looking
For ? Previous customer service experience ? Strong communication and relationship-building skills ?
Ability to multitask and prioritise in a fast-paced setting ? High attention to detail and administrative accuracy ? Confident working to KPIs and performance targets ?
