It is a privately owned solar power and battery installation company based in Victoria, Australia. Sun Current Pty. Ltd offers Core Services for residential & commercial solar power installations which includes battery storage systems, EV chargers, and system repairs/upgrades.

The services extend from Site assessment & consultation, System Design & quote, Accredited installation, Handling of rebates, compliance & commissioning, to After-care & warranty. Sun current Pty Ltd handles all rebates, manages federal

Small-scale Technology Certificates (STCs), Solar Victoria rebates, and federal battery incentives. The Partner brands include GoodWe, Sungrow, Jinko Solar, and Sigenergy, all well-recognised and award-winning brands in the global solar and energy storage industry. Duties & Responsibilities:

- Develop (Plan, organise) and implement (Control, coordinate) quality systems and certification processes for energy-efficient services.
- Set quality benchmarks for materials and processes, overseeing installations and final inspections.




- Oversee installation processes, ensuring adherence to company standards and client satisfaction.
- Manage resources, timelines, teams, and quality control throughout project execution.
- Coordinate cross-team communication for effective quality system implementation.
- Ensure the quality of energy-efficient products like solar panels EV Charging.
- Monitor services like energy audits and sustainable installations for precision and quality.
- Continuously improve quality assurance processes and monitor effectiveness.
- Train staff on quality standards and procedures.
- Ensure compliance with industry laws, regulations, and standards.
- Address and resolve quality-related customer complaints and issues promptly.
- Conduct field audits to randomly assess the quality of installations and services.

Requirements:

- A minimum qualification of a bachelor's degree or higher.
- At least 1 year of minimum experience as a quality assurance manager or in a relevant role.
- Thorough knowledge of methodologies of quality assurance and standards
- Positive knowledge of MS Office and databases
- Outstanding communication skills
- Great attention to detail and a result- driven approach
- Excellent organizational and leadership abilities
- Reliable and Trustworthy.
