Join a growing SA electrical contractor leading Projects in HV and Infrastructure Your new company Join a well-established South Australian electrical contractor delivering projects across high voltage, power distribution, Defence, industrial and major construction environments.

With a strong pipeline of work across HV and LV infrastructure, subdivisions, developments, major electrical construction and civil electrical works, continued growth has created an opportunity for an experienced Electrical Project Manager to join the team. Your new role Reporting to the Group

General Manager, you will take ownership of electrical projects from mobilisation through construction, commissioning and commercial close-out. This is a hands-on Project Management role where you'll be accountable for programme, cost, margin, procurement, resources, HSEQ, quality and client outcomes. Key responsibilities include:

Managing electrical projects from mobilisation through to completion Coordinating supervisors, electricians, subcontractors, plant and materials Managing project budgets, forecasting, costs and margins

Planning programmes and ensuring projects remain on schedule Managing procurement and project resources Identifying and managing variations, EOTs and contractual entitlements

Ensuring HSEQ, quality and compliance requirements are achieved Managing contractual notices and project correspondence Building strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders

Leading project teams and driving accountability across delivery What you'll need to succeed You'll be an experienced Electrical Project Manager with a strong electrical construction or infrastructure background.





This role is ideally suited to someone who has developed through the electrical industry rather than general building or consultancy Project Management. You'll ideally bring: Significant electrical Project Management experience

Electrical trade qualifications/licence highly regarded Experience across HV/LV infrastructure, cable installation, power distribution or civil electrical works Strong commercial and contractual knowledge

Experience managing budgets, programmes, procurement and project resources Confidence managing variations, EOTs and commercial negotiations Strong client and stakeholder management skills

Proven leadership of supervisors, tradespeople and subcontractors Experience within Defence, Tier 1 construction, subdivisions, power distribution or major infrastructure projects will be highly regarded. A current or recent HV switching qualification or authorisation would be advantageous but is not essential.
