Lead electrical crews across major infrastructure projects | Adelaide-based | Long-term opportunity Your recent company Join a well-established organisation delivering essential electrical and transport infrastructure projects across South Australia.

Due to continued project requirements, they are seeking an experienced Electrical Supervisor to take responsibility for the safe and effective delivery of electrical, road lighting, traffic signal and ITS works. Your new role As Electrical Supervisor, you will provide hands-on leadership to a team of electricians and civil personnel while coordinating subcontractors and other site resources.

You will oversee approximately 8-10 direct reports and take responsibility for the day-to-day delivery of electrical installation, construction and maintenance activities. Your responsibilities will include: Supervising electrical, road lighting, traffic signal and ITS works

Leading and coordinating electricians, civil crews and subcontractors Managing labour, plant and resources to meet project requirements Conducting daily pre-starts, toolbox meetings and site briefings

Maintaining a strong focus on safety, quality and productivity Ensuring electrical works comply with AS/NZS 3000 and relevant technical standards Completing QA checks and overseeing ITPs, test certificates and site documentation

Coordinating traffic management requirements and subcontractors Liaising with Project Managers, Contract Managers and clients regarding progress and upcoming works Identifying changes in scope, delays and potential delivery issues

Mentoring electricians,



technicians and apprentices Supporting maintenance and emergency call-out activities when required What you'll need to succeed

To be successful in this position, you will ideally have: A current Electrical Licence Previous experience as an Electrical Supervisor

Strong experience supervising electrical installation, construction or maintenance works Demonstrated ability to lead tradespeople, subcontractors and site crews A solid understanding of AS/NZS 3000 and electrical safety requirements

Strong knowledge of site safety, QA and compliance requirements Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills The ability to coordinate multiple work fronts, resources and priorities

Traffic signal, road lighting or ITS experience will be highly regarded Most importantly, you will be a confident and practical leader who can get the best out of your team while maintaining high standards across safety, quality and project delivery. What you'll get in return
