South East Brisbane Anaesthetic Service is a busy Anaesthetic practice looking for a Reliable,honest and friendly person to join our motivated team.

Qualifications & experience

- Meditrust Medical Software experience is an advantage

- Positive computer/keyboard skills

- A keen eye to detail is essential, as there is a high volume of data entry and creating invoices

- Experience with Microsoft Office and Excel including a knowledge of emailing procedures

Tasks & responsibilities

- Ability to work as a member of a team or independently, with strong organisational skills and demonstrated ability to prioritise tasks.

- Manage Telephone inquiries with a friendly and professional manner

- Keen eye for detail to ensure accurate data entry

- Ability to use multiple platforms simultaneously.

- Good problem-solving skills

- Protecting patient confidentiality of medical, personal and financial information
