Open Thursday to Sunday, we showcase the best of local wine, cocktails, craft beer, and fresh regional produce in a sophisticated, relaxed setting. About the role: We are seeking a Confident and Professional Waiter/Food and Beverage Attendant who knows how to deliver high-end, friendly, and seamless service with a solid knowledge of classic and contemporary cocktails, wine and craft beer.
Responsibilities Include : Prepare and maintain room and table settings to a high standard Direct and manage service within a section to ensure a smooth dining experience
Ensure a sound knowledge of menu items in particular, ingredients, cooking techniques and flavor profiles Understand cocktail and wine lists with an ability to make food and wine pairings Work with team members ensuring high availability and a subtle presence to our diners
Essential skills required: Previous experience in delivering high end table service in a Hatted or Michelin restaurant is preferred An ability to produce classic and contemporary cocktails with a sound knowledge of wine and craft beer
Passion for Food and Beverage and Hospitality Availability Thursday–Sunday (especially weekends) RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol) required
