Hands-on ELMO implementation project
An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced HRIS Implementation Specialist to join a high-profile organisation and take ownership of a targeted HR systems implementation project. This is not a BAU HR role. We are looking for someone who can hit the ground running, understand existing HR processes and redesign, configure and implement HRIS workflows through to go-live.
Your new role
Working closely with the HR team, you will take a hands-on lead in the implementation and optimisation of key modules within ELMO. Your initial focus will be the Recruitment module, followed by Onboarding and Workforce Design.
You will:
- Review current HR processes and workflows
- Translate business requirements into practical HRIS solutions
- Redesign and configure workflows within ELMO
- Lead implementation activity across three key HR modules
- Identify process improvements and opportunities to streamline existing practices
- Work autonomously with HR stakeholders to move the project through to implementation
- Support testing, refinement and readiness for go-live
What you'll need to succeed
We are particularly interested in candidates who have:
- Demonstrated hands-on HRIS implementation or configuration experience
- Experience implementing, configuring or significantly improving HR system modules
- Strong HR process and workflow design capability
- The ability to understand a business process and translate it into system functionality
- Solid stakeholder engagement skills
- The confidence to work autonomously and drive an implementation project forward
ELMO experience will be highly regarded, particularly experience across recruitment, onboarding or workforce-related functionality. Candidates from HRIS, HR technology, HR operations, systems implementation or HR process improvement backgrounds are encouraged to apply.
