About the Job
We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Customer Service Representative to join their dynamic team on a permanent full-time basis. Working standard business hours (Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 4:30pm), you will serve as the primary point of contact for customers, providing exceptional support and ensuring a seamless experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming customer enquiries via phone, email, and face-to-face in a friendly and efficient manner.
- Process customer requests, bookings, and documentation accurately in the internal system.
- Liaise with internal departments and team members to follow up on client requests.
- Resolve customer feedback or issues professionally and promptly.
- Maintain high standards of data entry and administrative record-keeping.
About You
To succeed in this role, you will bring a passion for helping people and a commitment to delivering high-quality customer service.
Requirements & Skills:
- Previous experience in a Customer Service or Client Support role (automotive experience is a plus, but not essential).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a customer-first mindset.
- Strong organisational and multi-tasking skills with high attention to detail.
- Proficiency with computers, CRM systems, and the Microsoft Office suite.
- Reliable, punctual, and comfortable working standard weekday hours.
