NDIS | DSW | Bundoora | Weekdays & Weekends | Days 6am - 3pm

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Disability Support Worker (DSW) to support clients in

- Location: Bundoora
- Shifts: Days 6am - 3pm Mix of Weekdays and Weekends
- Start: Immediate Start Preferred
- Experience: Minimum 3 years as a DSW
- Training: Must have Manual Handling training and experience
- Specialist Skills: Experience with Parkinsons & Behaviours of Concern

Responsibilities:

- Personal care (toileting & showering assistance)
- Cooking and cleaning
- Community access and engagement
- Manual handling
- Medication assistance

Ideal Candidate:

- Enthusiastic, reliable, and compassionate
- Solid understanding of person-centred care
- Confident working independently and managing complex support needs
