We are seeking an Operations & Governance Officer to sit at the crossroads of operational support, internal communications, systems coordination, and corporate governance, this role keeps our business running seamlessly every single day.

Whether your background is in executive administration, operational coordination, or corporate comms, this role offers high visibility across the business and a clear launchpad into permanent policy, governance, or communications opportunities down the line.

Key Responsibilities:

- Serve as the central point of contact for daily operations, administrative workflow coordination, and executive support

- Drive seamless new starter onboarding,coordinating IT setup, access provisioning, hardware distribution, and welcome packs.

- Build, roll out, and analyse internal surveys using SharePoint and Microsoft Excel to capture staff feedback and track operational metrics.

- Assist with internal updates, policy documentation, meeting coordination, and basic compliance tracking across business units

What We Are Looking For:





No specific policy or communications degree is required, we value practical intelligence, adaptable tech skills, and attitude above all else.

- High common sense, strong work ethic, reliable judgment, and a proactive attitude.

- Comfortable navigating Microsoft 365, managing SharePoint sites/surveys, and working confidently with Excel.

- Practical familiarity with onboarding processes and setting up current team members for success.

- Must be an Australian Citizen to meet organisational security requirements.
