- Hours: Monday to Thursday 7:00 AM start (8-hour days) with an early finish on Friday
- Pay Rate: From $38 per hour

About the Role

A Plastic Manufacturer and distributor in Wacol is seeking an experienced, results-driven Permanent Warehouse Team Leader to join their team.
This is a long-term prospect within a well-established business where you will lead a dedicated team and help shape warehouse operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead, guide, and support a warehouse team of 5.
- Implement and optimize warehouse processes to enhance efficiency and productivity.
- Drive operational results with a proactive, problem-solving mindset.
- Oversee day-to-day warehouse activities and maintain high safety and quality standards.

Requirements

- Proven experience in a warehouse leadership or supervisory role.
- Valid forklift ticket.
- Strong initiative and a results-driven approach.
- Excellent communication and team management skills.
- Open Manual drivers licence highly regarded.
