ALLAM FRESHPRO Holder Name: Omran Allam (Sole Trader) Sydney Markets (Flemington), 250–318 Parramatta Road, Homebush West, NSW 2129 ABN 68 187 929 758 Shop/Retail Manager – Full Time SALARY $80,000 + SUPERANNUATION SUMMARY Allam FreshPro is a fresh produce retail and wholesale business based at Sydney Markets, Flemington, NSW. The business sources and supplies quality fresh fruits, vegetables and selected grocery essentials to residential and commercial customers through its retail and online ordering channels, with an emphasis on product freshness, competitive pricing and efficient order fulfilment and delivery services. Duties and Responsibilities

- Manage the overall operations of Allam FreshPro's fresh produce retail business, including online sales, order processing and customer fulfilment.
- Determine product ranges, stock levels and quality standards for fresh produce, dairy, eggs and grocery essentials based on customer demand and seasonal availability.
- Manage purchasing activities, negotiate supplier prices and delivery arrangements, and maintain effective supplier relationships.
- Develop pricing, sales and promotional strategies to increase revenue, maintain competitiveness and improve profitability.
- Oversee online product listings, digital promotions and customer ordering processes to support online retail sales.
- Manage inventory, stock replenishment, quality checks, storage and stock rotation to maintain freshness and minimise wastage.
- Coordinate order picking, packing and dispatch,



and liaise with delivery personnel to ensure accurate and timely deliveries.
- Monitor sales performance, customer trends and market conditions to identify opportunities for business growth.
- Coordinate marketing and promotional activities, including digital and social media promotions.
- Supervise staff, allocate duties and monitor performance across stock handling, order fulfilment and customer service activities.
- Maintain customer service standards, respond to enquiries and resolve complaints or order discrepancies.
- Monitor sales, purchases, inventory and financial transactions, and prepare operational reports as required.
- Manage budgets, control operating expenses and implement strategies to improve business profitability.
- Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, workplace health and safety requirements, and procedures for produce handling, storage and dispatch.

Required Skills

- Minimum 12 months of relevant experience in retail operations or store management, preferably in fresh produce, fruit and vegetable retail, or a similar retail environment.
- Strong knowledge of stock control, merchandising, pricing and sales operations.
- Ability to coordinate daily store activities and supervise staff as required.
- Excellent communication, customer service and problem-solving skills.
- Understanding of fresh produce handling, food safety, hygiene and WHS requirements.
- Robust organisational, budgeting and supplier management skills.
