The Body Repair Shop is an established, high-volume (smash repair workshop / vehicle dealership / custom shop) known for delivering top-tier automotive repairs and restoration. Our team is made up of highly experienced and qualified managers, estimators, and tradesmen.

As a RAA Approved Repairer, we guarantee the quality of our workmanship, we maintain a fair pricing policy and follow the RAA Code of Practice. We Guarantee the quality of our repairs and workmanship for the lifetime of the vehicle whilst you remain the owner, with parts and paint guaranteed as per the manufacturer’s/supplier’s warranty. We are expanding our team and seeking a dedicated Trade-Qualified Panel Beater who brings outstanding craftsmanship and an eye for precision.

What the Role Involves Working in our clean and modern workshop, your day-to-day duties will include: Assessing vehicle damage and determines the best method of repair

Chassis & Frame Alignment: Straightening structural damage using modern mechanical and hydraulic equipment Panel Repairs: Removing dents, hammering, filing, grinding, and using filler to restore surfaces to original manufacturer specs Component Assembly: Disassembling, removing, and refitting panels, body trim, and hardware safely

Welding & Fabrication:



Cutting and joining replacement metal, steel, or aluminium sections using advanced welding gear Reassembles vehicle parts and checks for proper alignment and functioning Repaints repaired surfaces using spray guns and other painting equipment

Quality Control: Test repaired vehicles, guaranteeing all structural and cosmetic repairs strictly match safety and fleet standards. What We are Looking

For: Trade Qualification: A Certificate III in Automotive Body Repair Technology (or an equivalent recognised Australian qualification) Experience: Proven experience working as a panel beater in a smash repair or workshop environment

Tools of the Trade: Must possess your own comprehensive trade tools Technical Skills: Expert proficiency in chassis alignment, panel pulling, and various welding techniques Driver’s Licence: A valid, current Australian driver’s licence is essential.
