Far North Queensland. This is an excellent opportunity to secure long-term work within a major mining setting, working alongside an experienced and well-supported project team. Your new role
You will be responsible for operating graders across haul road construction and associated civil works, including trimming, shaping, maintaining road surfaces and achieving required levels and specifications. Experience operating graders in mining or major civil environments is essential, with GPS machine control and Final Trim experience highly advantageous. This role offers a 2/1 roster, day shift only, with flights, accommodation and meals provided.
What you'll need to succeed Proven experience operating graders on mining or large-scale civil projects. Previous haul road construction, roadworks, bulk earthworks or mining experience.
GPS machine control experience highly advantageous.
Final Trim experience highly regarded. Current and valid Grader RII competency/ticket. Strong understanding of levels, trimming, shaping and road construction.
Current Open Driver's Licence. Ability to undertake a pre-employment medical and police check.
