We are seeking a highly organised, proactive and personable practice manager to join our busy specialist medical practice.

This is a dynamic role suited to someone who takes pride in delivering exceptional administrative and patient support.

About the Role

This position is central to the smooth running of our modern specialist medical rooms. You will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, supporting the specialists directly and ensuring an outstanding experience for our patients.

Main work location is in modern consulting rooms in Bunbury CBD. Secondary work location is in Busselton CBD for 1 or 2 days a month.

Key Responsibilities

- Managing daily operations of the practice

- Providing high-level assistance to the specialists

- Coordinating appointments, meetings, schedules and theatre bookings

- Handling patient enquiries with professionalism and empathy

- Managing billing, invoicing and medical accounts

- Liaising with hospitals, other health professionals, Medicare and private health insurers

- Maintaining medical records and ensuring confidentiality compliance





- Overseeing administrative processes and the reception staff

- Managing suppliers and general office organisation

About You

The ideal candidate will have:

- Strong administrative and organisational skills (Experience in health care not mandatory)

- Quick to learn current software systems

- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)

- A high level of discretion and professionalism

- Ability to multitask and be flexible with the range of administrative tasks

- Strong attention to detail

- A warm, patient-focused approach

- Be willing to work at both our Bunbury and Busselton locations
