Role Overview
We are seeking qualified Rehabilitation Consultants to support injured workers with recovery, rehabilitation and sustainable return-to-work outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct assessments and develop rehabilitation plans.
- Coordinate services with clients, employers, insurers and medical professionals.
- Monitor progress and prepare reports.
- Maintain accurate case notes and documentation.

Mandatory Requirements
- Relevant tertiary qualification and applicable registration.
- Current driver's licence.
- Current Working With Children Check.
- Solid communication and report-writing skills.

- Various locations available.
- Travel may be required.
- Experience in rehabilitation or employment services is desirable.
