HammondCare is seeking a Dementia specialist in Woy Woy for a permanent full time role. You will join our on-site team, providing dementia-specific advisory support and coaching to staff, while contributing to regular clinical reviews and quality improvements.

The role emphasises engagement planning, teamwork, and participation in projects and behavioural management planning within our residential setting. RN or Allied Health qualifications are essential.
