REA Group is seeking a Senior UX Researcher for its Financial Services portfolio, based in Melbourne or Sydney. You will lead qualitative and mixed-methods studies that inform product strategy and design decisions.

You will coach teams, partner with Product and Design to shape roadmaps, and drive evidence-informed choices across Mortgage Choice, Campaign Agent and PropTrack Mortgage Solutions, contributing to a culture of curiosity.
