Mounties Group is seeking an experienced Swim School Manager to lead our Learn to Swim programs, aquatic education services and the commercial performance of the Swim School.

You will mentor staff, ensure protected lessons, drive enrolments, manage budgets and collaborate with the Health & Fitness leadership to enhance member experiences across our Mounties Health & Fitness operations serving the Sydney region.
