Life in Byron is seeking a hands-on Hostel Operations Lead to manage a small team, oversee guest experiences and daily operations in Byron Bay. This in office role requires a friendly, proactive manager who can keep rooms and facilities spotless while delivering memorable stays.
You'll supervise cleaners, a gardener, weekend supervisor and night security, with Tue-Sat 9:30am–4pm hours and after-hours phone support.
