Position: ServiceNow Developer - ITSM / HRSD

Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled ServiceNow Developer with expertise in ITSM and HRSD implementations. The candidate should possess strong development capabilities along with experience in designing, configuring, and customizing ServiceNow solutions to support business requirements.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow ITSM and HRSD solutions.

Customize applications using Business Rules, Script Includes, UI Policies,

Client Scripts, and Flow Designer.

Configure HR Case Management, Employee Service Center, Knowledge

Management, and Lifecycle Events.

Develop and maintain integrations using REST, SOAP, IntegrationHub, and

MID Server.

Work on Service Catalogs, Record Producers, Workflows, and Flow Designer.

Develop reports, dashboards, and performance analytics.

Participate in requirement gathering, solution design, testing, and deployment activities.





Troubleshoot and resolve application defects and performance issues.

Follow ServiceNow development standards and governance practices.

Required Skills

Strong JavaScript scripting experience.

Expertise in ITSM and HRSD modules.

Experience with IntegrationHub and Service Portal.

Knowledge of CMDB, Discovery, and Asset Management.

Experience in Agile delivery model.

Valuable knowledge of ServiceNow platform architecture.

Mandatory Certifications

ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)

ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD)

ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist - ITSM (CIS-ITSM)

At Least One Additional Certification (Nice to have)

ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist - HRSD (CIS-HRSD)

Preferred Certifications

ITIL Foundation v4

Certified Application Specialist (relevant ServiceNow modules)
