Site Operative / Valeter – Motor Trade - Doncaster

About The Role

We are seeking a proactive and organised Site Operative/Valeter to join our team at Volvo Doncaster. This is a fast-paced and varied role that requires strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work well under pressure.

Essentials (You Must Have)

- Full, valid driving licence
- Solid team player
- Excellent communication skills

Key Responsibilities

- Ensure vehicles are immaculately presented for cars being delivered/collected by our customers
- Maintain a tidy, safe, and organised working environment
- Support with the movement of vehicles on site
- Preparing vehicles to a high standard to be placed on our premises




- Work closely with the sales and admin team to ensure the correct vehicle is prepared and ready

About You

- A positive can-do attitude
- Self motivation and reliability
- A commitment to delivering high standards and quality work
- Previous valeting experience (desirable but not essential)
