About the job
Help shape what millions of players see every day
Behind every great post is a plan, a brief, an approved asset and a scheduled time slot. We are looking for a Social Media Coordinator who loves keeping things organised and moving, and who wants to learn from the inside how a global brand runs social.
You will be the organisational backbone of our social team in Melbourne, supporting our Social Media Manager across X, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube and every other platform where our community lives, for both our casino and our sportsbook. You will report to the Social Media Manager and work day to day with our Designer and Video Editor.
About BC Game
BC Game is one of the world’s leading crypto-first gaming companies, behind a portfolio of platforms built on a simple belief: technology is a transformative force, and the future of online gaming belongs to those bold enough to build it. Since 2017, we have grown into a global community of millions of players, with more than 10,000 games and more than 100 cryptocurrencies supported across our platforms.
What sets us apart is how we build. We set the standard for transparency and fairness through provably fair games, and we move at pace, shipping constantly across casino, sports and live entertainment. We are not here to follow the industry. We are here to shape it.
Above all, we are a team of builders, problem-solvers and original thinkers from all over the world, united by the belief that the best products come from bringing different perspectives together. Now we are bringing that ambition to Melbourne,
building a group of exceptional people who want to do the defining work of their careers and take real ownership from day one.
What you will do
You will keep the content calendar up to date and accurate, tracking sports fixtures, product launches, promotions and key dates so the team is always a step ahead. You will schedule and publish posts across all platforms and check that everything goes live on time and looks right.
You will keep content moving through the team. That means writing briefs for the Designer and Video Editor, tracking deadlines and approvals, and organising our library of assets, templates and brand materials so everyone can find what they need fast.
You will support the Social Media Manager with whatever the team needs: drafting captions, monitoring comments and mentions, flagging trends and issues early, and checking that posts follow brand guidelines and each platform’s rules. You will pull together weekly and monthly performance data and help turn it into reports for the wider Marketing team.
What you will bring
- One to two years of experience in social media, marketing or a similar coordination role
- Robust organisation and attention to detail, with the ability to juggle many tasks and deadlines at once
- A good working knowledge of social media platforms, formats and trends
- Experience with scheduling and analytics tools (such as Sprout Social, Hootsuite, Later or native platform tools)
- Clear, confident writing and a good eye for what makes a post work
- Comfort in a fast-moving environment where priorities can change quickly
- Full Australian working rights (permanent resident or citizen); this role does not offer sponsorship
Bonus points for
- Experience or interest in iGaming, sports betting or online casino
- Familiarity with crypto and Web3 brands and the communities around them
- A love of live sports and an instinct for reactive content
- Experience with project management tools such as Monday.com, Asana or Trello
What we offer
- Market-competitive salary, reviewed annually
- A clear path to grow your career in social, learning from an experienced team
- Health and wellbeing support to look after you in and out of work
- Brand new, central Melbourne office, stocked with snacks and drinks
- Team lunches and regular company events
Why join us?
This is a chance to be at the centre of social for a global brand and build your skills fast. You will work alongside a creative team, see how every post gets made, and have room to grow as the team grows. If you are organised, curious and always online, we would love to hear from you.
