We are looking for an enthusiastic, organised Social Media Copy & Community Intern to support our Social Media team. This placement is suited to someone who enjoys writing, connecting with people online and keeping up with social media.

About the Role

Working closely with our Social Media Manager, Customer Service Manager and our other Social Media Intern, you will support day-to-day community management and social copywriting. From responding to DMs to helping draft LinkedIn posts, you will learn how we connect with our audience and communicate as a luxury fragrance brand.

What You’ll Do

- Help monitor and respond to social DMs and comments, using brand guidance and passing questions to the team when needed.
- Engage with our community by liking, commenting on and responding to relevant posts, tags and mentions.
- Help draft LinkedIn posts using event details, brand news and information provided by the team.
- Research relevant hashtags, trending topics and conversations to support gifting, Black Friday and other seasonal campaigns.
- Assist with social captions and community updates, with feedback and approval from the Social Media Manager.
- Help keep track of tagged content and creator posts for potential resharing.
- Support day-to-day social administration, including organising copy, updating content calendars and scheduling approved posts.
- Collaborate with our other Social Media Intern to keep copy, content and community activity aligned.

About You

- Currently studying Communications, Marketing, Journalism or a related discipline.
- Previous relevant internship experience is required.




- Fluent in English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills and strong attention to spelling, grammar and tone.
- Familiar with Instagram, TikTok and LinkedIn, and interested in online communities.
- Friendly, organised and comfortable asking questions.
- An interest in fragrance, beauty and luxury brands.

Placement Details

Schedule can be adaptable but we are looking for at least 3 days a week. Placement duration and learning objectives will be agreed before commencement.

Unpaid placements are available to eligible students completing a required vocational placement as part of their course, subject to confirmation with their education provider. A paid opportunity may be considered where the candidate’s experience aligns with the team’s needs, with terms agreed before commencement.
