We're looking for a qualified Automotive Technician who takes pride in their workmanship, enjoys being part of a high-performing team, and wants to build a long-term career with an award-winning dealership.

About the Role

Working in our busy workshop, you'll be responsible for servicing, diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining Subaru vehicles to manufacturer standards.

You'll work alongside experienced technicians, service advisors, and leadership teams committed to delivering exceptional customer experiences and workshop performance.

Key Responsibilities

- Perform scheduled servicing, maintenance, and repairs
- Diagnose and repair vehicle faults using manufacturer diagnostic equipment
- Complete vehicle health checks and identify maintenance requirements
- Maintain accurate repair orders and workshop documentation
- Work collaboratively with service advisors and fellow technicians
- Ensure all work is completed safely and to a high standard
- Contribute to workshop productivity, quality, and customer satisfaction outcomes
- Support apprentices and contribute to a positive team culture

About You To be successful in this role, you will:





- Hold a Certificate III in Light Vehicle Mechanical Technology (or equivalent)
- Possess robust diagnostic and problem-solving skills
- Hold a current driver's licence
- Take pride in producing high-quality work
- Be reliable, motivated, and team-oriented
- Demonstrate a positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Have a commitment to continuous learning and professional development
