HammondCare At Home is expanding and seeks several permanent part time Specialised Carers to support clients across the Woodburn/Coraki area, with travel to homes using your own car. You will receive a work mobile phone, paid travel time, and kilometres.

You will provide essential in-home care to help older people live independently and directly improve their quality of life. Flexible days and start/finish times, with weekend loading if you choose to work weekends.
