Key Responsibilities:

- Implement and maintain best‑in‑class VM standards that hero our products and captivate our customers
- Deliver the ‘big idea’ through compelling storytelling and key outfit styling
- Ensure clear sightlines and fixture flow to enhance the customer journey and maximise commercial performance
- Support the execution of trade actions, visual updates and in‑store activations
- Adapt visual direction to suit store needs while staying true to brand DNA
- Collaborate with Store Managers to align on strategy and impact
- Coach and develop store teams on visual principles and standards
- Use insights and data to position hero products and improve visual decisions
