- Manage leasing from inspections through key handover
- Ingoing, outgoing and routine inspections
- Manage arrears, rent reviews and lease renewals
- Oversee facilities, repairs, quotes and trades
- Coordinate minor renovations, budgets and contractors
- Manage compliance and NCAT matters as required

Experience required
- 5+ years' residential property management experience
- Strong legislation knowledge
- A current driver's licence and reliable car
- Solid attention to detail, highly organised
- A stable work history and employment references
