Trippas White Group is seeking a Theatre Bars Supervisor to help run bar operations at the Sydney Opera House. You will lead a large team through pre-show, interval, matinee, and post-show service, delivering quick, friendly service to thousands of theatregoers across our bars.
The role requires proven supervisory experience in a high-volume theatre or hospitality setting, current RSA certification, and the ability to work evenings and weekends on show-based rosters.
