PeopleSense by Altius is seeking a Principal Psychologist to lead a team of psychologists and deliver a range of clinical and organisational psychology services in NSW. The role includes mentorship, supervision, and driving service quality across sites in Penrith, Chatswood, or Sydney.

You will provide evidence-based interventions, supervise caseloads, support clinical governance, and contribute to program development within a high-performance team.
