Tim Ho Wan Melbourne is a high-volume Cantonese and yum cha restaurant located in Melbourne CBD. Our menu includes traditional dim sum and handmade buns together with a broad range of Cantonese hot dishes, rice, noodles, soups, congee and seasonal menu items.

We are seeking a skilled cook to prepare and cook a wide range of Cantonese hot dishes and assist with dim sum, maintaining high standards of quality and presentation in a rapid-paced kitchen.
