About the role:
- Run files with autonomy and work closely with experienced Partners.
- Managing a diverse caseload across property settlements, parenting matters, financial agreements and divorce.
- Draft and negotiate agreements/court documents.
- Mentor junior lawyers and contribute to team development.
The ideal candidate:
- 5+ years PQE and have a sound understanding of the Family Law Act.
- Excellent drafting and advocacy skills, with the ability to build and maintain client relationships
- Ability to manage matters with confidence and empathy.
