What we're looking for:
- Minimum 2 years barista experience
- Ability to consistently produce high-quality coffee in a rapid-paced environment
- Friendly and professional customer service skills
- Strong work ethic and positive attitude
- Excellent communication and leadership potential
- Ability to work weekends and public holidays when required
