Nurse Practitioner – Correctional Health

Location: Capricornia Offender Health Service – Rockhampton, QLD

Salary & Perks: $120 per hour + super

Job Summary

Provide advanced nursing care in correctional health, prescribing ODT and Hep C treatment, and managing complex clinical presentations.

Skills and experience

- ODT and Hep C Prescriber authority
- Queensland Corrections Check (or willing to apply)
- ALS, triage, resuscitation, and IV cannulation
- Experience in correctional, emergency, and rural healthcare
- Competency in pain and wound management
- Competitive pay with weekly payroll
- Accommodation support (offsite)




- Facility may assist with QLD Corrections Check application
- Flexible contract through to late December
