Tweed Indian Hut at Banora Point is seeking an experienced Chef to lead the kitchen full time. The role involves directing food preparation, developing menus that include vegetarian and vegan options, and ensuring top quality across dine-in, takeaway and delivery.
The successful candidate will manage food costs, supervise staff, maintain food safety standards and work closely with front-of-house during peak periods. A minimum of 1 year in commercial cooking is expected.
