Our client is a well established construction business with over 25 years in the WA construction market delivering high quality commercial and industrial projects across the Perth metro area. With a reputation built on integrity, craftsmanship, and innovation, they are entering an exciting growth phase and seeking an experienced Construction Manager to join their Senior Leadership Team.

About the Role

As Construction Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in driving the success of multiple construction projects valued between $1M and $5M. Reporting directly to the Managing Director, you'll be responsible for managing all aspects of project delivery from planning and resourcing through to completion whilst fostering a culture of safety, collaboration, and excellence.

You'll also play a key role in developing new business opportunities, mentoring site and office based staff, and ensuring projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to a superior standard.

Key Responsibilities

- Oversee all construction activities across multiple projects
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of construction professionals and contractors
- Maintain strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers
- Ensure strict compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards




- Prepare and review construction programs, cost forecasts, and project reports
- Identify and pursue current business opportunities in collaboration with senior leadership
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of systems, processes, and culture

Skills & Experience Required

- Minimum 8+ years' experience in construction management or similar leadership role
- Proven track record of developing and mentoring teams
- Trade background essential, supported by relevant tertiary or management qualifications
- Proven experience in estimating, contracts administration, and project delivery
- Strong commercial acumen and attention to detail
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Proficient in construction management software (Procore or similar)
- Current unrestricted manual driver's licence and valid police clearance
- $200k-$250k + Super + Vehicle or Vehicle Allowance
